I’m sure every first time parent has been through this… the “oh-my-god-I’m-going-to-be-caring-for-another-life-in-a-few-months-and-I-feel-woefully-under-educated-and-need-to-research-now” scenario. You know, that time when you get over the shock that you are going to have a baby and are now on fact finding reconnaissance mission for every tidbit of information that will prepare you for what you are about to go through. For me this includes fetal development stages, what changes the mother is going through, how to baby proof your house, how to be a great dad, how to prepare your pet for the upcoming arrival, singing lullabies, car seats, strollers… you get the picture… the list goes on and on. In the midst of all of this research I stumbled upon a book that has some very useful, and very amusing, suggestions on do’s and don’ts for new parents. This one seemed the most appropriate given my recent focus on exercising…
