Troy and Melanie (dot com)

Another day in the books. No funny stories or happenings today… just a regular day. We read for a bit, listened to music (including a best of CD from the Land of Nod… thanks Jen!), did a bit of tummy time, and managed to get in a walk. Today did have a first… this was the first night that I spent with Cole by myself… he’s not a very happy camper in the evenings and true-to-form he had a meltdown and then passed out around 8:30. Tomorrow’s weather looks really crappy (90% chance of rain and a high of 48) so it will likely be an inside day for us.

It’s always nice when we can give Cole a bath and he doesn’t have a meltdown

We took Cole out for his first ride in the stroller yesterday afternoon. All indications point to him enjoying it… he slept

We were just hanging out in the kitchen and Cole was being pretty agreeable.

Yeah… it’s 4:30am and I’m awake… I get the late night shift for a couple of days. I’m not complaining… he’s fun to be around (when he’s not screaming and I can usually calm him down so I don’t spend too much time dealing with him yelling at me ). Here’s a little video that Melanie shot today shortly after we arrived home (I love the little bear feet!).
